Smart Home Services makes it easy to afford your Energy Audit, Remodeling or Construction project. For your convenience, a variety of payment types are accepted:

Same as Cash Financing:
Smart Home Services offers same as cash financing through InterBank.
Overview
Minimum Project Cost: $2,000
Terms: 90 days, 180 days, 12 months or 18 months
Process: Clients apply for financing through InterBank. Once approved, the client receives a code. The code is passed along to your Smart Home Services representative, which is in turn submitted to InterBank for verification. InterBank sends the client a voucher, which is endorsed by both parties and then submitted to InterBank for the 50% deposit made payable to Smart Home Services. Upon satisfactory completion of the project, another voucher is sent, again endorsed by both parties for the final payment to Smart Home Services.
